Every year Bellevue West produces a musical that takes months to perfect. This year the musical takes the audience back in time.
“Guys and Dolls” is a snapshot of New York in the 1940’s complete with a love story and gambling. It is accompanied by a choir and pit of Bellevue West students and staff in the music department.
This show premiered Mar. 5 at 7 p.m., followed by a show on Wednesday, Mar. 6 at 3:45 p.m. Two more shows will unfold on Mar. 8 and 9 also at 7 p.m. Students receive one free ticket with their student ID’s, adult tickets are $7, and children tickets are $3.
“Guys and Dolls” is directed by Marya Lucca-Thyberg and produced by Grant Campbell.
