STAFF COLLABORATION DAY 2
Take a moment to think about some of the yummy contributions German-Americans have made to our culture: PEZ candy, Candy Corn, Tootsie Rolls, Hershey’s chocolate, Apple Strudel, Pretzels, Hamburgers and Heinz Ketchup! There will be a German pep rally held today during GPS in honor of National German Week. Only students with special passes may attend.
Come join us for a Chick Fil A tailgate this Friday from 5 – 6:30 sponsored by the BW Athletic Booster Club. For only $5 you get a Chick Fil A sandwich, chips, dessert and a drink. This was a HUGE success last Friday and we hope to see you again to help support our T-Birds!

Would you like to help someone on the other side of the globe? A student at East is collecting school supplies for Firqa school in Shindand Afghanistan. This Eagle Scout project will help keep these children out of the Taliban or Al Qaeda. If you wish to donate supplies drop items in the boxes in the office or ROTC room by Oct. 14th
Would you like to learn more about 2 year degrees? Iowa Western is hosting their program showcase next Tuesday Oct 15th from 8-noon. You will learn about communications, business, computer science, marketing, engineering and health occupations plus many more. See Mrs. Britten asap if you would like to attend.
