In 2000, Bellevue West’s varsity basketball team ended their season with a state championship title. Twenty years later, the Thunderbirds enter the state tournament as the top seed. It’s safe to say that the sport of basketball has come a long way. Here are pictures from the 2000 season in comparison to the 2020 season.
