Try new activities just for fun
Over three years of school, it’s easy to lose track of extra-curricular activities while balancing school and personal life, but your senior year is the last chance to try out new things just for the fun of it. This year I decided to join groups I’d never considered, start back up past interests, and fully take advantage of the fun parts of high school so many of us forget about. While many see senior year as the final stretch towards freedom, because of the less required classes, you actually have more time to take advantage of clubs you may never have known exist. Once high school is over, the opportunities to just join a debate team, or audition for a play become less available, so simply enjoying new things can make your senior year one to remember.
